He will spend the four days working directly on your numbers and strategy: reading your P&L, building your direct booking plan, setting up brokering where it fits, positioning for longer stays, and spotting business rates savings.

You are in the middle of the countryside here. Surrounded by mountains, hot springs and wild horses, yet only a five minute drive from the nearest shop, gas station and restaurant. The house sits in the heart of the Golden Circle, making it a calm and comfortable base for Geysir, Gullfoss, Thingvellir National Park and the wild roads around.

Schedule

Four nights, three working days.

Three sessions per day. Two working, one activity out in the country. We pick the order on the morning, based on weather and people's preferences. The schedule below is one example of how a day might run.
